This unusual pair of Indian blue monkeys were once brackets attached to an old building in Gujarat which has since fallen into disrepair. These could be vanara (forest dwellers) who featured in the Ramayana & helped Rama in his battles against Ravana.

The Hindu god Hanuman takes the form of a monkey and represents fortitude, tenacity & valor. They're perfect pieces for a monkey lover or a lover of Indian art.

Sold as a pair.
