Returns at a Glance
- Return window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Notify us within: 7 days if you wish to return an item
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return postage for unwanted items
- Restocking fee: None — we never charge a restocking fee
- Furniture returns: Delivery charge deducted if returned after accepted delivery
- Damaged items: Must be reported within 3 days

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Indigo Antiques. If you change your mind, we accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. For details about delivery costs and timeframes, you may also find our Delivery Page useful.
How to Start a Return
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. You can reach us at:

Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted for 30 days from receipt of the goods.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
- There is no restocking fee.
Once the item is received back with us in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Furniture, Heavy or Fragile Items
Furniture and larger items follow the delivery process shown on our Delivery Page. Additional details are below:
- If you are not satisfied at the point of delivery, our delivery team can take the item away immediately at no charge.
- If you return furniture after accepting delivery, the original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
- Please notify us within 7 days if you wish to return furniture or large items.
- Collections for heavy or fragile goods may take up to 28 days to arrange.
If an item cannot fit into your property, we will refund the item value minus any delivery or collection costs incurred. For information on access, couriers and delivery methods, see our Delivery Page.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Keep all packaging and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Replacements or exchanges will be arranged once the original item is received and inspected. Our delivery procedures for damaged items are outlined on our Delivery Page.
Items We Cannot Refund
- Unwanted items returned after 30 days
- Items reported as damaged more than 3 days after delivery
This does not affect your statutory rights.
