The delivery options for each item are shown under the Delivery Information tab on each product page. The information below provides a clear overview of our delivery costs, timescales and how we handle UK and international shipping.
Delivery at a Glance
- UK delivery: Usually 2 to 8 working days depending on item size.
- Out of area postcodes: May take longer or incur a surcharge.
- International Delivery is not free and is chargeable.
- International costs: Quoted individually for each order based on destination and item size.
- Tracking: Provided on courier and freight shipments where available.

UK Delivery
These delivery prices apply to mainland United Kingdom addresses (excluding British Forces and Northern Ireland).

These prices apply to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands and other out of area postcodes may take longer or incur a surcharge.
What counts as small, medium and furniture deliveries?
- Small items: Lamps, cushions, decorative pieces, small mirrors.
- Medium items: Framed artwork, larger lamps, medium mirrors.
- Small furniture: Side tables, stools, bedside cabinets, small chests.
- Furniture delivery: Larger cabinets, benches, consoles, storage pieces.
- Extra large orders: Architectural doors, very large cabinets, oversized consignments.

Out of Area Postcodes (UK)
Certain remote areas, including the Highlands, Islands and some postcodes, may require longer delivery times or additional charges. Any surcharge for smaller items will usually be shown at checkout. For furniture and larger architectural pieces, we will confirm the exact cost and timescale with you before you confirm your order.

International Delivery
We regularly ship both smaller items and large furniture worldwide and can guide you through the process from quote to delivery. International Delivery is not free and is chargeable. All international delivery is priced individually depending on destination, service level and item size. Free UK delivery thresholds do not apply to international orders.
International Parcel and Courier (Smaller Items)
- Shipped using trusted tracked courier services.
- We compare carriers to find a safe and cost effective option for your destination.
- You will receive a confirmed shipping quote and estimated timescale before you proceed.
- Local customs duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are payable by the recipient.
International Freight (Furniture and Large Items)
- Handled by our network of experienced international freight partners.
- Professional crating and packing can be arranged where required.
- Shipments include warranty coverage where available.
- Each shipment is quoted individually, taking into account location, access, packing needs and preferred service level.

Furniture Delivery Process
Once your order has been collected by our delivery partner, they will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you. Delivery is typically to a ground floor room of your choice, subject to safe and reasonable access.
- Please check access routes in advance, including doorways, staircases and tight turns.
- If access may be difficult, contact us before delivery so we can plan the best approach.
- If you need to change the agreed delivery date, please let us or the courier know as early as possible.

Delivery FAQ
Do you deliver upstairs?
Where safe and practical, our delivery partners can deliver to a room of your choice. If upstairs access is tight or complex, please contact us in advance so we can advise and make sure the delivery is suitable.
Can you hold my order for a later delivery date?
In many cases we can hold items for a short period before arranging delivery. If you need your order delivered after a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this.
What happens if access is difficult?
It is important to check access before ordering larger items, including door widths, stairs and turning spaces. If you are unsure, contact us with photos or measurements. If delivery fails because access is not suitable, there may be additional charges for re delivery or return.
Do I need to check my order on arrival?
We recommend checking the packaging and, where possible, the item itself as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, please keep the packaging and contact us straight away so we can help. Further details can be found in our Refund Policy.
Do you remove old furniture?
Our standard delivery service does not include removal of old furniture. If you require this service, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know if a removal service can be arranged in your area.
