These striking doors from the Madhya Pradesh region of India date from the 18th century and were originally from Madhya Pradesh in Northern India. The deep carving style shows a strong Mughal influence.

Made from Rosewood, they are strong and sturdy having survived the test of time. Pitch still clings to the surface adding interesting textural depth. Chains and locking mechanisms are still part of the door, a reminder of its past life.

The doors come supplied with a stand, however, they can also be wall mounted and supplied with hangers or built into your home. Please contact our team for guidance.
