This incredible carved Mughal studded door is from the Uttar Pradesh in Northern India. Its deep carvings suggest this to be an early piece and the bubbled green paint can only be achieved by years of exposure to hard sun. This door would have been an external door to a courtyard and we would suggest this incredible door is hung on a wall as art. This door is currently fixed to a stand, however we can fit wall hangers in our workshop for you. Please let us know how you'd like this hung at time of ordering.
