pARCEL & cOURIER DELIVERIES

We use the safest, most cost-effective services (typically DPD or Royal Mail) to deliver smaller items, with tracking provided by email. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.

Parcel & courier deliveries (Mon-Sat) are dispatched within 2-5 working days, with shipping costs ranging from £7.50 to £15 depending on size and service. See the chart above for full details.

Important Notes:

  • All deliveries require a signature.
  • Please check packaging on arrival - any damage must be noted at delivery.
  • Report any product damage to us within 24 hours.

If your order arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery or contact us within 48 hours to arrange collection. Returns for other reasons may incur a collection fee.

Furniture Deliveries

Large furniture and architectural items are delivered by our trusted third-party teams, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. Delivery is charged at £40 or £80, depending on the item.

Once your order is collected from our warehouse, the delivery company will contact you directly to confirm your availability. You'll receive an email where you can accept, decline, or reschedule the proposed delivery date.

Delivery includes placing items in your room of choice (up to 1st floor) - please let us know in advance if more complex access is required.

Before & After Delivery:

  • Please check access to your property beforehand. Customers are responsible for any failed delivery charges due to access issues.
  • To cancel or change your delivery, notify us at least 48 hours in advance .
  • All items must be signed for on delivery.
  • Report any product damage within 24 hours to be eligible for return.
  • If your item is damaged, you may refuse it on delivery or contact us within 48 hours to arrange collection.
  • Returns for non-damaged items will incur a collection fee.

We work with a trusted network of international shipping companies to provide competitive quotes. Some items may require crating, and all shipments include a warranty for added peace of mind.

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at 01672 564722 or enquiries@indigo-uk.com. All items must be returned in fully resalable condition.

  • Furniture & bulky items: We’ll arrange collection at a convenient time.
  • Smaller items: You can return these via your own courier (at your cost) or we can arrange collection. Refunds will be issued minus the collection charge.

If an item is returned damaged or not in resalable condition, we may deduct up to 50% of the original price, or refuse the refund.
