Orders & Contract Formation
Full payment must be received before an order is accepted. Your order is an offer to buy; it becomes a binding contract only when the goods are dispatched. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements only and do not constitute acceptance of your order.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Indigo Antiques Ltd. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No modification, reproduction, or redistribution is permitted without prior written consent.

Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and pricing. Orders will only proceed where no material errors exist. Dimensions, weights, and capacities are approximate. For antique pieces, descriptions reflect our best assessment of age, origin, and condition based on available evidence.

Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Pricing
Prices shown include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of display. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and offer the item at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

Payment
Payment is taken at the point of order. If full payment cannot be obtained, we may refuse or suspend the order.

Risk & Ownership
Goods become your property once delivered and paid for in full. Risk of loss or damage passes to you at the point of delivery.

Cancellation (Consumers)
We offer a 30-day cancellation period from the date you receive your goods, which exceeds the statutory 14-day minimum under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, notify us in writing at enquiries@indigo-uk.com. If goods have already been dispatched, you must return them at your own cost and risk in their original condition. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Cancellation by Us
We may cancel an order if stock is insufficient, we cannot deliver to your area, or a pricing or product error occurred. Any payment received will be refunded within 14 days.

Liability
We are responsible only for foreseeable losses arising directly from our breach. We are not liable for business losses such as lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
