Our pieces are mostly 19th century & early 20th century
Mongolian Sideboards were usually made from locally sourced wood, normally Pine or Cedar.
These cabinets were used by nomadic people for storage of clothes and bedding or grain. Also used as altar cabinets for family ancestor worship. The doors have been modified to make it more functional, it would have originally opened from the top by a hatch - from China
