Refund Policy

Indigo’s Refund Policy

We are confident that you will love your purchase from Indigo, but if you find it unsuitable in any way we operate a no quibble return policy.
 To make a return please follow the instructions below.

Returns Procedure

Please notify us within 7 days by telephone of your intention to return the goods on 01672 564722
Please return products to us unused and in their original packaging.
Returned products must reach Indigo within 28 days of the delivery.
Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
Once the product has been returned to Indigo you will receive a full refund.

Returning Furniture, Heavy or Fragile Goods

If you’re not completely satisfied with the product on arrival our delivery men can take it away with themfree of charge.
It is possible to return furniture & heavy goods after you have accepted delivery, but the original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund .


In the event of a failed delivery due to the goods not fitting into a customers house Indigo will refund the customer for the goods value less any carriage costs incurred

If you decide to return furniture after delivery you must notify us within 7 days.
Heavy or fragile goods may take up to 28 days for collection. 
Once the product has been returned to Indigo you will receive a refund

Returning Damaged Goods

Replacements for the exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received by Indigo.

Indigo do not give refunds on the following items:
·Unwanted items returned after 28 days.
·Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 3 days of delivery
(This does not affect your statutory rights)
