Our Table Lamps Collection celebrates the artistry of illumination — each piece individually handmade and finished using techniques that honour generations of craftsmanship. From intricate bone inlay bases to richly painted toleware lamps, these are objects that light a room not only through design but through the care invested in their making.
Every lamp reflects a lineage of skilled work: carved, painted, inlaid, or turned by hand in small workshops where traditional skills are still practiced and preserved. Our bone inlay lamps are crafted in Rajasthan, where artisans cut and set each piece of bone into Mughal-inspired floral and geometric patterns, before hand-colouring and polishing to achieve their distinctive glow. The toleware lamps are painted by decorative artists using fine enamel pigments, their designs recalling Anglo-Indian botanical and neoclassical motifs.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Alongside our signature pieces, the collection includes porcelain table lamps inspired by Chinese blue-and-white ceramics, and hand-turned wooden lamps made from reclaimed timber. Each is carefully assembled and PAT tested to UK standards in our Wiltshire workshop, ensuring that traditional beauty is matched with contemporary reliability.
Styling with Light
Whether paired with a softly pleated linen shade or a hand-blocked pattern, these lamps lend warmth and depth to both classic and modern interiors. A bone inlay table lamp can anchor a console, while a toleware lamp adds subtle colour to a study or sitting room. Each design offers a quiet statement — blending heritage, craftsmanship, and the art of considered living.
