Porcelain Round Bistro Table - Blue Abstract

This contemporary Chinese porcelain bistro table offers a bold, artistic interpretation of traditional blue and white Chinese ceramics. Combining centuries-old porcelain-making techniques with expressive modern decoration.

Handcrafted in Jingdezhen, China's historic porcelain capital, the table features a generous circular top supported by a sculptural, gently waisted pedestal. Its surface is decorated with sweeping, free-flowing brushstrokes in varying shades of cobalt blue, from soft, translucent washes to deep indigo. Energetic splashes and scattered droplets of pigment add an almost calligraphic quality, reminiscent of spontaneous ink painting.

The coordinating porcelain stools feature similarly expressive designs, with broad, swirling ribbons of blue wrapping around their rounded forms. They are available HERE.

With its substantial proportions and sculptural presence, this unusual porcelain furniture makes a wonderful statement in a conservatory, garden room or contemporary dining space. The combination of traditional Chinese craftsmanship and modern abstract design allows it to sit comfortably alongside both antique and contemporary furnishings.

The table and matching stools are available to purchase separately, allowing you to create a seating arrangement to suit your space.
