Painted Mongolian Grain Store Sideboard - 19th Century

This piece is made from a converted old Mongolian farmhouse grain store. The carcass and paint is original, the doors have been modified. The original piece was constructed from Pine and originally opened from the top. It dates to the 19th century

Traditional paintwork on a deep red background framed by a black border gives this piece a striking look.
