A truly unique piece of art - This floral starburst antique stone jali work window panel dates from the 19^th century and is hard carved with geometric stars and flowers. It has clear Mughal influences and has traces of the original blue white lime paint finish.

These window panels would have come from stone havelis, the stylish homes of the wealthy. The design of these windows was such that they gave privacy while allowing a cooling breeze to enter the building.

Suitable for both indoor & outdoor use, we suggest that you mount these on a wall or use them as a room divider.
