This charming framed Indian drawing is in the Rajasthani style and depicts an elephant facing left. The drawing is in ink with shading. Arabic script is visible at the top of the page and there are some visible historic fold marks.

Compare with a similar example which sold at Christies USA 'Indian Art Auction,' October 2016. Lot 86 for $1,000. Similar examples can also be found in the Metropolitan Museum in New York & The Victoria & Albert Museum in England.
