This characterful Indian metal Bidri ware fish box is of Mughal design and dates to the 19th century. 

Bidriware is a delicate art of inlaying silver onto oxidised zinc. Bidri work is time-consuming and the end product is delightful, sophisticated, and refined. An ideal gift for a collector. 

An almost identical example can be found in  the National Museum, Delhi.
