Vintage Painted Pot From Kullu - 1950's

This Himachal milk pot has been expertly turned from a single piece of neem wood which gives them their characteristic groves.  A utility piece that was used daily in most households in the Kulu valley in Himachal Pradesh.

These pots are very useful and can hold, kitchen utensils, paint brushes, dried flowers and more, or just use them as a decorative sculptural object. The possibilities are endless
