This old painting of the Hindu God Krishna Shri Nathji is from Nathdwara in Rajasthan. It is supplied in its original painted wood frame which shows signs of age and has a look of faded splendour.

Shrinathji is Krishna manifested as a 7 year old child. His home is in Nathdwara at the important pilgrimage site of Shrinathji Temple. His eyes look down as to say, 'come, sit at my feet and I will look after you.'

This hand painted image is a wonderful old piece for a puja room or a collector of Indian art and culture.
