These old Chinese wooden vegetable baskets were used by farmers for taking their goods to the market to sell, and for measuring rice. They would also be used by farmers for moving goods around on the farm.

This trug is at least 100 years old and has seen a lot of practical use in its time. Even so, it is still sturdy and useable to this day.
