Brick molds were part of traditional building practices in China, India, and Africa. Since building techniques have moved on and they're no longer used in the traditional way, these rustic and hardy molds have become sought after items for desk tidies and trinket boxes.

 

These molds are from Shanxi, China and were made in the 1940's.
