This solid and understated sideboard comes from Dongbei (northeast China) and dates to around 1940. Crafted from pine wood and later bleached to highlight the soft grain, it showcases the clean, practical aesthetic typical of northern Chinese furniture. The sideboard features four drawers and four lower cupboard doors, each fitted with traditional iron ring pulls.
