Tibetan singing bowls are often used in sound therapy and yoga. Our singing bowls are hand beaten bell metal (a bronze alloy) and have an enchanting sound that eliminates stress and is believed to align the body's chakras. Made as is the tradition with a mixture of seven metals.
Singing bowls can either be rung or rubbed with a mallet. A higher female pitch can be achieved by rubbing the mallet against the outer rim.
Singing bowls were traditionally used in Tibetan monasteries to signal the start and end of meditation and also during chanting prayers.

- As each bowl is handmade, there may be small variations in size
