This beautiful vase is in the style of the Ding ware of the Song Dynasty (960 to 1279 AD). Dingware was made in Hebei province and at the time was considered to be some of the finest porcelain produced in China These reproduction porcelain vases are made by hand in Jingdezhen. The form imitates examples found in museums and this is a great decorative vase.

The handles have incorporated two stylised goat heads with long elegant necks. The body of the vase showcases faint but elegant carvings of flowers and a repeating pattern.
