Kantha patchwork bedspread made from silk patola saris with a cotton backing.

Kantha is a centuries-old tradition of stitching patchwork cloth from rags by thrifty rural women. Originating in Bengal, Orissa, and Bangladesh it is one of the oldest forms of embroidery in India, its origins can be traced back to the pre-Vedic (1500 - 500 BC) age.


Available in 6 colours: pastel, green, pink, grey, red, orange.
