These old Himachal milk pots were made in the Kullu valley and date to the early 20th century. We love these for displaying dried flowers and they are fantastic floor vases.
They're skilfully made from a single pieces of turned cedar wood. These milk pots would have been essential day to day items in people's lives. The ring lines from the turning process make these truly unique items.
As these were once very practical items used daily, some small cracks, splits and repairs are evident.
