These milk pots come from the border of Nepal & India and are around 100 years old. They were used for storing milk and other foods. They've been expertly turned which gives them their characteristic groves.
This one is at least 100 years old and is in excellent condition. It would make a great vase for a dried flower display as a stand alone decorative ornament.
