This characterful Indian mirror has been made from an old reclaimed teak window frame salvaged from a building in Gujarat. The simple frame retains layers of distressed turquoise-blue paint, with areas of exposed timber and earlier paintwork creating a wonderfully timeworn surface.

Repurposing original architectural elements such as this gives old timber a new use while preserving the marks and patina acquired over many years. Each reclaimed frame is unique, with variations in colour, wear and surface texture forming an important part of its character.

The mirror can be hung in either portrait or landscape orientation. Please advise your preference at the time of purchase.
