A C2 Therapy Singing Bowl is a singing bowl that has been selected or tuned so its principal tone corresponds approximately to the musical note C2, a low C at about 65.4 Hz.

In Eastern thought, chakras are understood as centres of subtle energy within the body, particularly in Hindu and later Buddhist traditions. The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means “wheel” or “disc”, referring to points through which vital energy is believed to flow.

Different traditions describe the chakra system in different ways, but the best-known model identifies seven principal chakras running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each is associated with particular aspects of physical, emotional and spiritual experience.
