This decorative antique Chinese screen window is from an inner courtyard dating from the 19th century. It is built from yumu (Chinese northern elm wood). These antique windows would have come from a home in Shanxi, Northern China - Qing dynasty (1644-1911)

The carvings depict fruit bowls at the top and floral carvings along the base.
