This bronze Buddha is in the pose of Dhyana mudra and seated on a lotus throne.

In the meditation pose; his hands resting on his lap, right hand leaning on the palm of the left. The pose of Dhyana Mudra was used by Buddha during his final meditation beneath the Bodhi tree before achieving enlightenment.

This is an excellent museum quality reproduction piece cast in bronze in the Tibetan style using traditional techniques with a gilded finish.
