This elegant Chinese shelf dates from the 19th century and is one of a pair of walnut shelves from Jiangsu. The other shelf can be found HERE.

These antique Chinese shelves are made from luxurious walnut wood which has developed a wonderful rich patina over the years. It would fit perfectly into a wide range of interior styles.

Chinese shelves like these are rare to find now and are usually made in hardwood (such as huali rosewood) making them inaccessible priced for many collectors. This is a rare opportunity to purchase one or a pair of Chinese antique 19th century shelves at an accessible price.
