These old carved Indian votive panels were hung on the walls of tribal village huts in Andhra Pradesh. Beautifully carved, these votive panels were symbols of a favourite local deity and would have been cherished and interacted with on a daily basis. Occasionally, traces of the original paint remain.

Old Carved Teak Votive Panel from Andhra Pradesh - 80 to 120 Yrs Old. These beautifully carved panels were carved from local teak trees by local tribal people. They were symbols of their favourite deity hung on the walls of village huts. They look great hung on a wall as a group.
