This beautiful and decorative Indian horse figure was lovingly carved from teak wood in the 19th century. It has a charming face and would doubtless have looked grand when it was originally painted. Remnants of blue paint remain in parts. It has a beautiful smiling face.

This style of horse is from the Rann of Kutch and would have been carved by a skilled craftsman. It would make a wonderful and totally unique ornament for a horse lover.
