Tibetan Choksar with Original painting Circa - Early 18thC.
Choksars are used as prayer tables. They are constructed from cedar or pine and decorated in the traditional Tibetan colours.

The colours and designs used are very decorative. It has become extremely difficult to find pieces these days and because of this many reproduction pieces are appearing on the market.
