This kitchen cabinet dates from the early 19th century & as the name suggests was used in the kitchen. These days they are perfect for use in a modern kitchen or even for hiding the sound system!

Originally they were used for storing and drying noodles and other foods.
Chinese cabinets are made with exceptional craftsmanship. The styles on 18th and 19th century pieces were often based on Ming designs that have a beautiful simplicity.
