This very dramatic and ornately carved mirror frame is made from an antique door frame from Andhra Pradesh and dates from the 19^th century.

Antique Indian door frames like this are reclaimed from derelict buildings in Rajasthan & Gujarat. Sadly these buildings are beyond restoring having been subjected to years of decay. We are preserving these treasures for future generations.
