This lamp spoon (Cruzie) is made from wrought iron and comes from 19th century Rajasthan. It may have been used for Aarti - the temple fire ceremony. Lamp spoons like this were made by itinerant blacksmiths (Lohariya Tribe) and were originally used with oil & a wick.
