Carved Teak Lemon Squeezer in the shape of a Lion - 19thC from the Banswara tribal area in the Aravali Hills of Rajasthan
These were passed down the family from one generation to another.
It is beautifully patinated and has been carved from one piece of wood.

Lions, Tigers, Elephants and Peacocks were very popular subjects in India.
