This antique Chinese sideboard comes from Hebei province in northeast China and was made during the Qing dynasty (1644 - 1912). It is constructed from northern elm (yumu).

This beautiful piece has strong contemporary lines and has retained its original brass hardware. It has three drawers and a central compartment with a shelf. The beautiful elm grain and patina add to its character.
