These nicely proportioned Chinese elm side tables are perfect for use as a lamp table at the corner of a sofa. Roughly 100 Years old from Shanxi, they have very good age and would originally have been burgundy lacquer, some of which still remains. Beneath the lacquer, a beautiful elm grain is visible.
