Showrooms Reopening - Wednesday 2nd December 2020

As announced by the UK government we will be reopening our showrooms & warehouse on Wednesday 2nd December. Our phonelines continue to be open every day, 9AM - 5PM.  You can call us on 01672 564722 or by emailing enquiries@indigo-uk.com. We are dedicated to ensuring our customers can enjoy a personal Christmas shopping service they're used to in when visiting our showrooms. 


Remote tours via facetime & whatsapp are available. Please email to book this service. 


We're working hard to ensure that our showroom & warehouse will be a safe haven for those shopping both locally and nationally for exciting & unique oriental antiques and unusual gifts. We will continue to provide the high quality of service and style you've come to know at Indigo Antiques. 


Click & Collect is still available from our Wiltshire showrooms - Our staff will be wearing masks during appropriate interactions and taking care to wash hands regularly. 


We are dedicated to the protection of our customers and staff. For those continuing to self isolate and who prefer to shop from the sanctity of their homes, we are now offering a click and collect service and continue to offer FREE DELIVERY on any order over £50 with the code DELIVERY.

Free Delivery

Our customers will continue to be able to shop via our online store and website and we are offering FREE DELIVERY on every order with code: "DELIVERY" (enter this code in your basket)


Stock levels on our website will stay up to date and we're working hard to get our most recent arrivals from China online shortly. 


Deliveries

Smaller items will continue to be sent through DPD & the postal service and delivery will be within 1 week of purchase. This is a door to door service and all delivery drivers are observing social distancing.


Please be aware that larger items such as furniture will be subject to delivery service availability and whilst there may not be any interruption to the normal service, delivery timings could be a little longer than usual. 

We're taking the following measures for all furniture deliveries:


- Drivers will be equipped with gloves, masks & hand sanitiser where required.

 - Where possible a 2 meter distance is kept from customers and fellow team mates.

- If you'd prefer zero contact a "To Door" drop off can be arranged.

Delaying Your Order

The majority of items on our website are unique and whilst we still have specialist teams carrying out our deliveries, we understand if you don't want to take delivery until after the pandemic is over. Rest assured that should you wish to delay delivery of your order, we'll hold your goods for you until after the pandemic is over. To do this, please contact us using the form below.

If you wish to reserve an item so it is no longer available to purchase online, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
