Showrooms Now Open - 12th April 2021
Our showrooms and warehouse are now fully open with normal opening hours resumed.
Mon - Fri: 9AM - 5PM
Sat: 10AM - 4PM
Our phonelines continue to be open 7 days a week, 9AM - 5PM. You can call us on01672 564722 or by email@example.com.
Appointment is not required, however we would ask customers to respect social distancing and wear masks.
For customers further afield, remote tours via facetime & whatsapp remain available. Please email to book this service.

Our customers will continue to be able to shop via our online store and website and we are offering FREE DELIVERY on every order over £50 with code: "DELIVERY" (enter this code in your basket)
Stock levels on our website will stay up to date and we're working hard to get our most recent arrivals from China online shortly.
Smaller items will continue to be sent through DPD & the postal service and delivery will be within 1 week of purchase. This is a door to door service and all delivery drivers are observing social distancing.
Please be aware that larger items such as furniture will be subject to delivery service availability and whilst there may not be any interruption to the normal service, delivery timings could be a little longer than usual.
We're taking the following measures for all furniture deliveries:
- Drivers will be equipped with gloves, masks & hand sanitiser where required.
- Where possible a 2 meter distance is kept from customers and fellow team mates.
- If you'd prefer zero contact a "To Door" drop off can be arranged.

Delaying Your Order
The majority of items on our website are unique and whilst we still have specialist teams carrying out our deliveries, we understand if you don't want to take delivery immediately. Rest assured that should you wish to delay delivery of your order, we'll hold your goods for up to one month. To do this, please contact us using the form below.
If you wish to reserve an item so it is no longer available to purchase online, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
